Radiator Production

The management and workforce at Stelrad are committed to manufacturing and delivering radiators that are robust, efficient and aesthetically pleasing.

To ensure the highest level of quality, each radiator goes through a four-stage inspection process and is rigorously tested in accordance with the latest European radiator manufacturing standard EN442.

During the manufacturing process the welds are tested to a pressure of 10.5bar, and then thoroughly tested for leaks, verifying the integrity of the product.

Each radiator undergoes a two stage painting process, giving an exceptional hardwearing gloss finish.

All this ensures that every radiators is built and finished to a very high standard, providing a quality product that will give years of continued service to our customers.

Our manufacturing processes are all monitored, controlled and audited to the ISO 9000 quality standard.
