Travelling South on the M1 leave at Junction 35.

Take first exit off the roundabout following signs to Rotherham A629, proceeding straight through three roundabouts.

At fourth roundabout take the first exit left to Rawmarsh A633. At the Parkgate Retail Park roundabout bear left to go under a rail bridge. Straight ahead at the next roundabout, pass the shops, through the traffic lights. The road will rise up a hill and eventually back down again which will be flanked by woodland. At the bottom of the hill will be another roundabout at which you will continue straight.

Turn right at the next roundabout, which will be signposted Mexborough A6022. Continue through the village of Swinton and after the second set of traffic lights passing under the rail bridge rising over the hump back bridge, take next left onto Whitelea Road.

From M1 leave at Junction 32 to take the M18 for one junction only to Junction 1.

Take first left at the top of the slip road towards Rotherham, proceed through the first set of lights with Morrisons on your left.

Go through the Crossroads with the Old King Henry pub on your right.

At next set of traffic lights turn right onto Church Lane

At the bottom of Church lane turn left, then at the mini roundabout continue forward (do not turn left onto Flanderwell Lane)

Continue on this road travelling through Ravenfield Common and Old Ravenfield until the road finishes at a T Junction in Hooton Roberts.

Turn right onto Doncaster Road and first left keeping on this road through Kilnhurst, travelling over a hump back bridge over a canal with a set of traffic lights.

Take a right turn over the next bridge (recognisable by its dark red paint) onto Highthorne Road.

Passing the Rock Tavern on your right, take the third road right, Lime Grove. This will lead you to the traffic lights at Swinton Train Station where you will turn right.

Continue under the rail bridge rising over the hump back bridge, take the next left onto Marriott Road.

Turn right at the end of this road and Caradon Stelrad is behind the blue railings on your left.

Total journey time of 20 minutes (traffic permitting).

On the M18 South leaving at Junction 2 and take the A1(M) North for one junction only ie. Junction 36 and take the A630 Rotherham Road towards Rotherham for 2 ½ miles. As the road goes downhill towards Consiborough you can see the castle ruins to your right...

At the bottom of the hill, proceed through pedestrian crossing lights and turn right onto the A6023, sign posted for Mexborough. Stay on this road passing Conisborough station on your right, follow the bridge over the railway, until you get to a roundabout at Mexborough.

At the roundabout take the first exit (A6023) and continue to next roundabout (DO NOT take the LEFT filter road to over pass town centre).

At this roundabout take the first exit A6022 sign posted for Rotherham.

Within ½ mile, continue past Perrys Vauxhall of Swinton garage on your left, then turn right onto Marriott Road. Caradon Plumbing Ltd is 200 yards on your right.
