One of its developments is Orchard Croft in the village of High Green, north of Sheffield city centre. The company prides itself in that an Erris home can be up to 50% more energy efficient than standard housing stock as a result of the modern building techniques utilised, including the use of well designed and energy efficient heating systems that can save as much as £1,300 a year. These heating systems include the use of Stelrad Radiators such as the Compact with Style designer radiators which is used throughout the show home along with Stelrad classic chrome towel rails in bathrooms and en-suites.
