Stelrad Heat Loss Programmes (STARS)
The advanced programme was formerly known as STARS, Stelrad’s Technically Advanced Radiator Heat Loss System.
We accept no liability for any errors resulting from the calculations given. Calculations are based on Delta-T 50°C (Δ-T50°C) in accordance with BS EN 443 except where system temperatures are overridden by the user using the advanced configuration tools in the programme. Please note that 20% is added to all room heat loss calculations to fully comply with the requirements under BS 5449 concerning intermittent use of the system. Your use of the Stelrad advanced heat loss calculator is subject to these terms and conditions.

The physical dimensions of the Radiators stated on our Heat Loss Programmes are indicative only. Although we have made every effort to state accurate dimensions, we cannot guarantee that they will match those dimensions exactly. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability associated with such variations.
The images of the Radiators on our Heat Loss Programmes are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of the colours will accurately reflect the colour of the Radiators these may vary slightly from those images. Radiators may show some colour variation. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability associated with such variations.

The Stelrad Heat Loss Programmes are developed and maintained by Art & Soul Communications Ltd who occasionally require access to live user data to help provide technical support in cases that relate to problems experienced by specific users of the software.
When improving or developing functionality for STARS, a sample of user data may be included in a development version of the software to allow testing of the system. Copies of user data which are used for development and testing are deleted within twelve months of the completion date of any work done.
Art & Soul Communications Ltd does not use or store STARS user data in any format or environment other than within the STARS software and its components. It does not use STARS user data for any purpose other than the development or improvement of the STARS software and does not share, sell, or otherwise trade STARS user data with any third party.
