Leading radiator manufacturer Stelrad Radiators has supplied 108 of its sleek flat fronted Planar radiators and 19 of its Concord style radiators in an attractive grey colour for an exciting new business space development in a refurbishment workspace project at Newark Works on Bath Quays South Development, in the picturesque city of Bath.
It’s a joint venture project between Bath Council and developers TCN. It’s a difficult site with dilapidated buildings, sensitive planning and conservation issues and a history of false starts. In short, the development is one hell of a challenge, but the finished item is a thing of beauty and a new home for businesses that will only add to Bath’s excellent reputation for creative business properties.
Bath Quays is a flagship regeneration project that creates a new and vibrant commercial quarter in the heart of Bath Enterprise zone – the city’s dramatic new riverside district for business, recreation, and culture.
