Delivery Time: Delivery will be made within 48 hours if an order is placed before 3.30pm that working day, unless communicated otherwise. If an order is placed on a Friday after 3.30pm or over the weekend, the order will be processed but not dispatched until Monday for delivery on a Wednesday. For bank holidays and other specific dates and times highlighted on the website, the order will be processed until the next working day and then be dispatched for delivery within 48 hours.

Delivery Charges: All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT. Orders under a total of £350 incur a £10 delivery charge.

Next working day delivery: This delivery option is an additional £18 (inclusive of VAT) which will need to be selected at checkout (if order placed before 2:00pm on a working day).  This option is for Mainland UK only and not applicable to ‘Made to Order’ products.

Online delivery will be fulfilled by a third-party courier who will contact you by either text or email to confirm a date and time for delivery (Standard Delivery within Mainland UK only). For full terms of delivery, please click here.
